Founder Rana was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in 2012. Since then she is on a mission to find great tasting gluten free food, especially delicious crusty bread, the thing she misses the most. Knowing this problem, with the help of her good friend Alexander they have together developed a range of healthy gluten free artisan sourdough breads and bread mixes that taste real: proper crust, a real texture and a moist centre.
All their products are free from all 14 major allergens, as well as being free from refined sugar and suitable for vegans.
