Delivery Policy

Delivery Charges:
Standard Delivery: £4.00 per order

Delivery Locations:
Delivery is available to the UK mainland only excluding (Northern Ireland, Channel Island, IOM, Scottish Highlands)

Delivery Service Provider:
UK Mainland Delivery is offered for all products using UPS

Delivery Days:
Products are available for next working day dispatch to mainland UK if placed before 12pm noon. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

Returns Policy:

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your online purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will happily replace, exchange or refund your items. All Goods returned must be as new. The responsibility for the return delivery, and costs lie with the Customer. Upon return the Goods will be inspected and a refund made within 7 days.

Faulty Goods:
Whilst we strive to ensure that your order arrives with you in perfect condition, from time to time items can become damaged in transit. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us with 14 working days and we will issue a replacement or a refund.
