Enter your postcode on the post-checker to see if PAUL is able to deliver to your address. Though delivery cannot be offered within specific slots, all orders will be delivered between 9 am - 1 pm. A notice period of 24 hours is required with a cut off time of 12 pm noonday before for next day delivery.
Standard Delivery Charges: £8.95 for all deliveries through the week and weekend.
Terms and Conditions:
All deliveries must be checked and signed for by an authorised representative of the customer at the time of delivery. A signature will be deemed to constitute acceptance of delivery of a complete order.
If any part of an order is found to be missing, damaged or is rejected upon delivery, the customer must contact PAUL UK Customer Services team (email@example.com) immediately. The customer may be asked to provide a photo of the damaged items for PAUL UK to process a refund. Upon receipt of your delivery please make all your enquiries within 24 hours, after that PAUL UK may not be able to process a refund.
PAUL UK Ltd supplies strictly for direct customer use and under no circumstances is PAUL UK food to be re-sold to a third party or offered at subsidised or inflated rates to a third party. This restriction also applies to in-house catering arrangements where contract caterers are ordering on behalf of clients.
Customers will comply with any instructions and recommendations of PAUL UK Ltd in relation to the storage and use of products (for example and without limitation, use by dates).
