Our Caribbean Roti is a type of Indian-inspired flatbread that is made in the Caribbean. The flatbread is stuffed with a seasoned filling of which we product three flavours - Dhal Puri Roti, Paratha Roti, Plain Roti. Our Roti's can be eaten as they are, with a sour or chutney. In the Caribbean, it is often eaten with some type of meat or poultry curry.
